Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Template colors don't match my brand
Select all elements by pressing Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on Mac), then use the color picker to apply your brand colors systematically. Consider using templates with neutral colors for easier customization.
Text is hard to read on the background
Add a text background by selecting the text and clicking the Effects button, then choose Background. Alternatively, adjust the background opacity or use the shadow effect to improve contrast.
Images look pixelated or blurry
Upload higher resolution images (at least 300 DPI for print, 72 DPI for web). Use Canva's Image Enhancer tool in the Edit image menu to improve quality, or choose different stock photos from Canva's library.
Template elements won't move or resize
Check if elements are locked by looking for a lock icon. Click the element and select Unlock from the toolbar. Some template elements may be grouped - click Ungroup to edit individual components.
