Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Image won't upload or appears corrupted
Check that your image file is under 20MB and in a supported format (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP). Try refreshing the page and uploading again, or convert the image to a different supported format.
Claude's analysis seems incomplete or inaccurate
Provide more specific prompts about what you want analyzed. Ask follow-up questions to clarify details, and remember that Claude works best with clear, high-resolution images.
Getting generic responses instead of detailed analysis
Be more specific in your prompts. Instead of asking What do you see?, try Identify and describe each object in the foreground and background or Analyze the color palette and visual composition.
Claude can't read text in the image clearly
Ensure the text in your image is clear and high-resolution. For better OCR results, upload images where text is well-lit, properly focused, and not at extreme angles. Consider cropping to focus on text areas.
