Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Clone Note option is grayed out or missing
Ensure you have edit permissions for both source and destination folders. Check that you're not trying to clone a locked note or that your account has sufficient storage space remaining.
Attachments not copying with the note
Verify that Include Attachments is checked in the clone dialog. If the issue persists, check your storage quota as large attachments may fail to copy if you're near your limit.
Cannot find the cloned note in destination folder
Refresh the folder view by pressing F5 or clicking the Refresh icon. Check if the note was created with a different name than expected, or verify you selected the correct destination folder.
Clone operation fails or times out
This typically occurs with very large notes or poor internet connection. Try cloning without attachments first, then manually add attachments later. Clear your browser cache and try again if the problem persists.
