Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Cannot drag notes into folders
Ensure you're dragging the note onto the folder name, not just near it. The folder should highlight in blue when you hover over it. If the issue persists, try using the right-click Move to Folder option instead.
New folder button is greyed out
Check that you have sufficient storage space in your Daino Notes account. Free accounts have folder limits, so you may need to upgrade your plan or delete unused folders to create new ones.
Folders not syncing across devices
Verify your internet connection and ensure you're signed into the same Daino Notes account on all devices. Go to Settings > Sync and click Force Sync to manually update folder structures.
Lost notes after moving to folder
Check the All Notes view in the sidebar to see all notes regardless of folder. Use the search function to locate missing notes by title or content, then move them back to the appropriate folder.
