Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Search returns no results for text I know exists
Check for typos in your search term and try searching for partial words. Also verify the note hasn't been moved to Archive or Trash - use the filter options to search these locations.
Search results are loading slowly
Clear your browser cache and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you have a large number of notes, try using more specific search terms or apply date range filters to narrow results.
Can't find recently created notes in search
Wait 1-2 minutes for new notes to be indexed for search. If the issue persists, refresh the page with F5 or log out and back in to sync your notes.
Search highlights appear in wrong locations
This usually occurs with very long notes. Try scrolling through the note or use the browser's find function (Ctrl+F) as a backup to locate your search term within the opened note.
