How to set up note synchronization on Daino Notes
Set up note synchronization in Daino Notes by accessing Settings, selecting Sync Options, and connecting your preferred cloud service. Enable automatic sync to keep your notes updated across all devices.
Prerequisites
- Daino Notes app installed
- Active internet connection
- Google or Dropbox account
- Sufficient cloud storage space

Open Daino Notes Settings
Navigate to Sync Options
Choose Your Cloud Service
- Google Drive - Tap to connect your Google account
- Dropbox - Tap to connect your Dropbox account
- Daino Cloud - Use the built-in cloud service
Authenticate Your Account
Configure Sync Settings
- Toggle Auto Sync to enable automatic synchronization
- Set Sync Frequency (Real-time, Every 5 minutes, or Manual)
- Choose Sync Content (Notes only, Images included, or All attachments)

Test Synchronization

Sync not working after setup
Check your internet connection and verify that you're signed in to the same cloud account on all devices. Try signing out and back in to refresh the connection.
Notes duplicating during sync
Go to Settings > Sync & Backup > Advanced and tap Merge Duplicates. This will combine identical notes automatically.
Sync failed due to storage limit
Free up space in your cloud storage or upgrade to a premium plan. You can also change sync settings to exclude large attachments.
Partial notes syncing incorrectly
Force a complete resync by going to Settings > Sync & Backup > Advanced and tapping Reset Sync, then Full Sync.
