Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Reports showing zero opens despite campaign being sent
Check if your campaign was delivered successfully in the Delivery section. Verify that tracking pixels aren't being blocked by examining the Technical Details tab.
Click data not appearing in reports
Ensure click tracking is enabled in your campaign settings under Tracking options. Check that links in your email are properly formatted and not redirecting through URL shorteners that interfere with tracking.
Conversion data missing from e-commerce reports
Verify that your e-commerce tracking code is properly installed on your website. Go to Account Settings > E-commerce to check integration status and test tracking functionality.
Unable to compare campaigns in reports
Make sure you're selecting campaigns of the same type (newsletters vs. autoresponders). Check that both campaigns have sufficient data and were sent within your selected date range parameters.
