Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Videos not uploading or playing properly
Ensure your video files are under 2GB and in supported formats (MP4, MOV, AVI). Try compressing large files or use Kajabi's Video Library for better streaming performance.
Course not appearing on checkout page
Verify your course is set to Published status and check that your Offer is active. Go to Offers and ensure the offer has a valid payment processor connected.
Students can't access course content
Check your Course Access settings and ensure students are properly enrolled. Verify that Drip Settings aren't preventing immediate access if you intended instant availability.
Course design looks broken or unprofessional
Reset to a default Kajabi theme in Design settings, then make gradual customizations. Ensure your course images meet recommended dimensions and your text contrasts well with background colors.
