Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Music file won't upload or shows format error
Ensure your music file is in a supported format (MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC) and under 100MB. Try converting the file using Pimosa's built-in Audio Converter found in the Tools menu.
Audio and video are out of sync
Right-click on the audio track and select Sync to Video. You can also manually adjust by dragging the audio track or using the Audio Offset setting in the audio properties panel.
Music volume is too loud or quiet compared to original video audio
Select the music track and adjust the Volume slider to balance levels. Use the Audio Mixer panel to see real-time volume levels and prevent clipping. Consider using Audio Ducking to automatically lower music when dialogue is present.
Exported video has no sound or distorted audio
Check that Include Audio is selected in export settings. Verify your audio track isn't muted (red speaker icon). Try exporting with different audio quality settings or use Audio Preview before final export.
