How to Manage Team Access on SE Ranking
Log in as admin, go to the Users section, add a new user as Manager or Client, configure permissions and limits for tools/sections, assign projects, and save to send invite. Use guest links for view-only sharing without seats. Extra seats cost $20/month if limits reached.

Ensure you are account owner or manager with 'manage users' permission.
User cannot access projects
Assign projects via Add Projects in user settings or select Manager account during project creation.
Overuse of account limits
Set custom account limits in user settings for tools like keywords or backlinks.
