Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Video upload fails or gets stuck
Check your internet connection and try uploading smaller file sizes. Use MP4 format for best compatibility and ensure your video is under 5GB.
Lessons appear in wrong order
Go to the Curriculum tab and use the drag-and-drop feature by clicking the ≡ icon next to each lesson. Refresh the page to confirm changes saved properly.
Students can't download lesson resources
Verify file formats are supported (PDF, DOC, ZIP, etc.) and files are under 100MB. Re-upload the file and ensure the Downloads section is properly saved in the lesson.
Course sections not displaying correctly
Make sure each section has at least one lesson and check that section titles are saved properly. Try refreshing your browser and clearing cache if sections appear missing.
