How to add company logo to invoices on Xero
Add your company logo to Xero invoices by navigating to Settings > General Settings > Invoice Settings and uploading your logo file. The logo will automatically appear on all new invoices and can be repositioned using the invoice template editor.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Logo appears blurry or pixelated on invoices
Upload a higher resolution logo file. Ensure your logo is at least 300x100 pixels and save it at 300 DPI for crisp printing quality.
Logo file won't upload or shows error message
Check that your file is under 1MB in size and in PNG or JPG format. Try compressing the image or converting to a supported format if needed.
Logo doesn't appear on existing invoices
Logo changes only apply to new invoices created after the setting is saved. To update existing invoices, you'll need to edit them individually or recreate them.
Logo positioning looks wrong or cuts off
Go back to Invoice Settings and adjust the Size slider and Position options. Use the preview pane to see changes before saving.
