Try adding numbers, hyphens, or abbreviations to your desired subdomain name. For example, if company is taken, try company-support or company2024.
Password requirements not met
Ensure your password has at least 8 characters, includes both uppercase and lowercase letters, contains at least one number, and has at least one special character like !@#$%.
Can't access trial after signup
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again at yoursubdomain.zendesk.com. If issues persist, contact Zendesk support through their Contact Us page with your registration email.
